Scott Hearn, trombone & bass trombone
Scott is a Nashville native with over a decade of experience in performing and teaching as a low brass specialist. He has a B.M. in Music Education from Belmont University and an M.M. in Trombone Performance from Austin Peay State University.
Scott has played with Melinda Doolittle, Trisha Yearwood, Laura Bell Bundy, as well as producer Tim Lauer. He has also played in numerous musical theatre productions, including “Thoroughly Modern Millie,” “Beauty and the Beast,” and “Ragtime.”
Additionally, Scott has worked as a composer, arranger, orchestrator, and audio engineer. Scott also served in the United States Marine Corps where his primary duties involved playing trombone and bass trombone for the general public, armed service branch heads, and heads of state.
